🎉 Join us in celebrating Lena - a woman who never gave up!
When Lena was 17, she was kicked out the house by her adopted mother, but a friend's mother took her in and treated her like her own child, showing her there's still good people in the world. Lena dropped out of school because life was just hard - she lacked a true support system, didn't know the resources available to her, and was simply in "survival mode."
As the years passed, Lena wanted to inspire her godchild to stay in school, but she knew she had to get her diploma too to walk the talk, so she enrolled in our HISET program. Lena passed her tests with flying colors, and now she's interested in pursuing a pharmacy tech or EKG program!
Her one message is this: "No matter what life throws at you, don't give up!" 💙
